OptoMOS 1-Form-A (SPST-NO) Solid State Relays

Littelfuse offers an extensive portfolio of 1-Form-A (SPST-NO) Solid State Relays (SSRs) in various PC board-mount package sizes. These relays feature load current ratings from 50mA to 9A (20A with heat sink), and 30V to 1000V load voltage ratings. 1-Form-A relays are available in SOP-4, SIP-4, SMD DIP-4, SMD DIP-6, SOIC-16, Power i4-PAC, and ISOPLUS-264 packages.
