Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductors Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors have a special construction that prevents sulfur gas penetration, significantly increasing reliability. Depending on the model, these resistors range from 1005mm to 2012mm in size and have a 50V to 150V rating. These ROHM Semiconductors Sulfur Tolerant Chip Resistors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to 155°C and are ISO9001/ISO/TS16949 certified. 

SDR03 & SDR10 High Anti-Surge Thick Film Resistors

ROHM Semiconductor SDR03 and SDR10 High Anti-Surge Thick Film Chip Resistors provide superior power ratings with 0.3W for the 1608 (0603) size and 0.5W for the 2012 (0805) size, making them suitable for high-reliability sets and circuits. These resistors have a high tolerance to surge events and operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range. Additional features include a resistance range of 1Ω to 10MΩ and ±1% or ±5% resistance tolerance. ROHM Semiconductor SDR03 and SDR10 High Anti-Surge Thick Film Chip Resistors offer ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certification, AEC-Q200 correspondence, and RoHS compliance.
