CHPHT High-Temperature Thick Film Resistors

Vishay CHPHT High-Temperature Thick Film Resistors are designed for aircraft braking systems, down-hole drilling, and anywhere parts need to withstand severe conditions. These resistors feature a wraparound design and high-temperature (245°C) durability. The series offers a large ohmic value range of 0.1Ω to 100MΩ, an operating temperature range of -55°C to +230°C, and a storage temperature range of -55°C to +245°C. Vishay CHPHT High-Temperature Thick Film Resistors are halogen free and RoHS compliant.
