Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.

TCS3707 Color & Proximity Sensor

ams OSRAM TCS3707 Color and Proximity Sensor is a very high sensitivity light-to-digital converter that features ambient light and color (RGB) sensing, proximity, and flicker detection. The ambient light and color-sensing function provides Red, Green, Blue, Clear, and Wideband sensing channels concurrently. The RGB and Clear channels have a UV/IR blocking filter. This architecture accurately measures ambient light and enables the calculation of illuminance, chromaticity, and color temperature to manage display appearance. The architecture of the engine features self-maximizing dynamic range, ambient light subtraction, advanced optical crosstalk noise cancellation, data output, and an interrupt-driven 1.8V I2C communications interface. Sensitivity, power consumption, and noise can be optimized with adjustable IR LED timing and power.
