onsemi / Fairchild FOD3182 High-Speed MOSFET Gate Driver Optocouplers are designed with LEDs optically coupled to CMOS detector with PMOS and NMOS output transistors IC power stage. These optocouplers feature high noise immunity, 3A peak output current, fast switching speed, fast output rise/fall time, and 250kHz maximum switching speed. onsemi / Fairchild FOD3182 gate driver optocouplers are ideal for Plasma Display Panels (PDPs), high-performance DC/DC converters, switch-mode power supplies, and uninterruptible power supplies.
