onsemi LV8907UW BLDC (Brushless DC) Motor Controller is a high-performance, sensorless three-phase device, featuring integrated gate drivers and a dual-stage charge pump. The LV8907UW provides required gate current for a wide range of ultra low R_DS(ON) type external N-MOS FETs, and includes protection for over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit, under-voltage, and over-temperature. It supports an operating voltage range from 5.5V to 20V and uses trapezoidal or sinusoidal back EMF (Electromotive Force) feedback.
