Analog Devices Inc. ADG1211 iCMOS® Quad SPST Switches

Analog Devices Inc. ADG1211 iCMOS® Quad SPST Switches are monolithic CMOS devices that contain four independently selectable switches designed on an industrial CMOS (iCMOS) process. The iCMOS is a modular manufacturing process of combining high voltage CMOS and bipolar technologies. The ADG1211 switches contain four independent Single-Pole/Single-Throw (SPST) switches and the switches are turned on with logic 0 on the appropriate control input. These switches feature 1pF off capacitance, 2.6pF on capacitance, 33V VDD to VSS supply range, 120Ω on-resistance, and -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range. Typical applications include automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video signal routing, and communication systems.
