Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-AD7682EDZ & EVAL-AD7689EDZ Evaluation Boards

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-AD7682EDZ and EVAL-AD7689EDZ Evaluation Boards are full-featured demonstration and prototyping platforms for the AD7682 4-channel and AD7689 8-channel 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). These Evaluation Boards operate in stand-alone mode or in conjunction with the EVAL-CED1Z Converter Evaluation and Development Board. When connected to the EVAL-CED1Z Development Board, the EVAL-CED1Z provides the necessary communications between the on-board ADC and a PC, enabling programming and controlling the device and transmitting and receiving data over a USB link.

On-board components of the Analog Devices EVAL-AD7682EDZ and EVAL-AD7689EDZ Evaluation Boards include a high-precision bandgap reference, reference buffers, 8-signal conditioning circuits with an op-amp, and a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) for digital logic. Also included are separate low drop-out regulators for supplying special voltages of 1.2V and 7.0V, which are unavailable from the EVAL-CED1Z.
