Ionizer Modules

Murata Power Solutions Ionizer Modules improve air quality by ionizing air molecules in order to remove smoke and dust particles. These devices use high-voltage technology and a unique structural design to offer a smaller size and higher efficiency than conventional ionizers. The modules include a power supply and ion generator and feature an adjustable ion output of up to 20 million/cc. Murata Power Solutions ionizers generate a 2.5kV to 4.5kV electrode voltage from a 12VDC supply with a power consumption of 0.6W or less. The ionizers generate ozone that is adjustable from 0.1mg/h to 1.0mg/h.

Ozonizer Modules

Murata Power Solutions Ozonizer Modules are active oxygen modules designed to generate ozone efficiently in desired quantities. These ozonizers feature a low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) board as an ozone generator, ensuring stable ozone generation. The LTCC is fired at low temperatures below 1000°C. This low-temperature firing allows for internal wiring made of silver and copper and conductors with low electrical resistance. These Murata Power Solutions modules include an overcurrent protection circuit and an output monitoring terminal. The discharge element is housed in a 14.2mm x 31.5mm x 17mm case. The ozone generator section is separated from the drive power supply for greater design flexibility.

Murata Power Solutions Ionizer and Ozonizer Modules utilize high voltages to ionize / ozonize air molecules. These devices enable air purification, bacteria removal, deodorization, static charge elimination, electrostatic charging, and more. Murata Power Solutions Ionizers and Ozonizers are widely used in air conditioners, air purifiers, refrigerators, washing machines, and more.
