Infineon Technologies BTF3035EJ Demonstration Board (BTF3035EJDEMOBOARDTOBO1) provides an evaluation platform for the BTF3035EJ HITFET™ 16mΩ, Single-Channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch. The Demonstration Board features a pre-mounted BTF3035EJ device in a PG-TDSO-8 exposed pad package. All device pins can be directly accessed for signal measurements. The BTF3035EJ Demonstration Board can be used as a stand-alone evaluation tool or combined with an Arduino UNO.
