PLDS30Q Standard Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PLDS30Q Standard Rectifiers are high‑voltage surface‑mount standard rectifiers designed for demanding power applications. These rectifiers are built using planar technology and offer low forward conduction, low power loss, and high efficiency. The PLDS30Q rectifiers feature 30A average forward current and 1200V repetitive peak reverse voltage, providing robust performance in high‑voltage circuits. These rectifiers are housed in a compact D2PAK-D package, making them suitable for automated assembly and space‑constrained designs. The PLDS30Q standard rectifiers offer high surge-current capability and reliable operation across a wide junction-temperature range of -40°C to 175°C. The PLDS30QH rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified. Typical applications include Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS), totem-pole PFC, and general‑purpose high‑voltage rectification.
