BU30SA5WGWZ CMOS Low Dropout Regulator

ROHM Semiconductor BU30SA5WGWZ CMOS Low Dropout Regulator is a single-channel, 500mA LDO with a high ±1.0% output voltage accuracy and a high 70dB ripple rejection. The BU30SA5WGWZ offers excellent noise and load response characteristics despite its low 33µA circuit current consumption. Additional features include a built-in over-current protection circuit (OCP) and a built-in thermal shutdown circuit (TSD).

Single Channel CMOS LDO Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor Single Channel CMOS LDO Regulators are high-performance regulators with low current consumption that comes mounted in different package options. These LDO regulators feature high-accuracy output voltage, high ripple rejection, and compatibility with small ceramic capacitors. The CMOS LDO regulators offer excellent noise and load response characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption. Additional features include a built-in Over Current Protection Circuit (OCP) and a built-in Thermal Shutdown Circuit (TSD). These LDO regulators are most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules. 

LDO Voltage Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor LDO Voltage Regulators are standard fixed output LDO regulators with low-saturation regulators available for outputs up to 2A/1A. They have a wide output voltage range and package lineup with or without shutdown switches.
