TPS4H160EVM High-Side Power Switch EVM

Texas Instruments TPS4H160EVM High-Side Power Switch Evaluation Module (EVM) contains a TPS4H160-Q1 integrated circuit (IC), supporting quad-channel high side switch application. The purpose of this evaluation module is to facilitate the evaluation of the TPS4H160-Q1 for resistive, capacitive, inductive load. The features of this evaluation module include highly accurate current sense, programmable current limit with an external resistor, and multiplex high accuracy current sense or ST report. This module is also tested according to AECQ100-12 and meets the certification of ISO7637-2 and ISO16750-2.
