SN74HC20 Dual 4-Input NAND Gates

Texas Instruments SN74HC20 Dual 4-Input NAND Gates contain two independent 4-input NAND gates. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = /A ● /B ● /C ● /D in positive logic. The Texas Instruments SN74HC20 devices have a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and a broad operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
