QPF4588 Wi-Fi Module

Qorvo QPF4588 Wi-Fi Module is an integrated Wi-Fi front-end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi® 6 (IEEE 802.11ax) systems. This Wi-Fi FEM operates at a frequency range of 5150MHz to 5925MHz. The QPF4588 Wi-Fi Module integrates a 5GHz power amplifier (PA), a regulator, a single-pole two-throw (SP2T) switch, a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) and a coupler. This Wi-Fi FEM focuses performance on optimising PA for 5V operation that reduces power consumption and maintains high linear output with leading-edge throughput. The QPF4588 Wi-Fi Module integrates power detection with an integrated RF power detector and a DC power detector. This Wi-Fi FEM offers integrated die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics with 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation.
