SN74LV244B-EP Low-Noise Octal Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LV244B-EP Low-Noise Octal Drivers are octal buffers and line drivers with 3-state outputs designed for 2V to 5.5V VCC operation. The device is configured into two banks of four drivers, each controlled by its own output enable pin. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the devices when these are powered down. The Texas Instruments SN74LV244B-EP device has gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55°C to +105°C, and an SnPb lead finish.
