SFH 2401 Silicon PIN Photodiode

ams OSRAM SFH 2401 Silicon PIN Photodiode features enhanced blue and green sensitivity, allowing the device to pick up lower wavelengths easier than existing devices, making it an ideal design choice. The SFH 2401 silicon PIN photodiode features a spectral range of sensitivity of 300nm to 1100nm and a 950nm wavelength of maximum sensitivity. This PIN photodiode exhibits 76nA/lx spectral sensitivity, 13µA photocurrent, and 8.12mm2 radiant sensitive area. The ams OSRAM SFH 2401 silicon PIN photodiode operates within a -40°C to +85°C temperature range and comes in a clear epoxy DIL plastic package with high packing density. This photodiode device is ideally suited for industrial automation applications, including machine controls, light barriers, and vision controls.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
