Vicor 30720 Maxi 0.4" Heatsink features low flow through hole and is made with the aluminum 6063-T5 material. This heat sink is free from lead and it is RoHS compliant. The 30720 heatsink offers maxi module style and 0.40" of transverse fins along with clear finish.
