Infineon Technologies SHIELD_BTS7006-1EPP Arduino Shield features 4 BTS7006-1EPP high-side switches for high-current automotive applications. This Arduino shield can be used to control and protect outputs of a 12V supply and detect a no-load condition for demonstrating relay and fuse replacement. The SHIELD_BTS7006-1EPP features a diagnosis with high current sense accuracy up to the current trip level. This Arduino shield is optimised for design flexibility across the family by pin-to-pin and external components compatibility. The SHIELD_BTS7006-1EPP includes a 50% reduced internal operating current composition. This Arduino shield operates at a supply voltage range of -16V to 35V. The SHIELD_BTS7006-1EPP offers ≤ 0.5μA low output leakage current. This Arduino shield is ideal for use in ECU power feeds, auxiliary power outlets, heaters, driving heating loads, general power distribution, and capacitive loads.
