TC7MB Low Capacitance Bus Switches

Toshiba TC7MB Low Capacitance Bus Switches deliver the capacity for faster transmission speeds because of a reduction in switch terminal capacitance. The low on-resistance of these switches allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay time. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge. Typical applications for the Toshiba TC7MB Low Capacitance Bus Switches include notebook PCs, mobile phones, car entertainment systems, and industrial equipment.
