X7R Dielectric MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX X7R Dielectric MLCCs are temperature stable ceramic capacitors that feature non-linear capacitance change. These MLCCs are classified under EIA class II ceramic materials and feature 4V to 500V voltage range and 100pF to 22µF capacitance range. The X7R series covers the broad spectrum of industrial applications where known changes in capacitance due to applied voltages are acceptable. Different variants of this MLCCs are available based on the size, voltage, capacitance, and other specifications. KYOCERA AVX Automotive X7R MLCCs that are AEC-Q200 qualified are available.
