Typical applications for Littelfuse General-Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes include 10/100/1000 Ethernet, DC powerlines, and general I/O.

Circuit Protection for IoT Wearable Devices

Littelfuse Circuit Protection for IoT Wearable Devices provide protection and are also extremely small in size to be compatible with the small form factor of IoT Wearables. For general purpose circuits (buttons, audio, etc.), the SP1013 and SP1014 are available in 0201 size; for the ultimate in small size, the SP1020 and SP1021 are 01005 size. For high-frequency circuits (RF), the SP3022 is available with 0.35pF and 0201 size.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

SP1015 TVS Diode Array

Littelfuse SP1015 TVS Diode Array is a miniature four-channel bidirectional TVS array that protects data lines that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The bidirectional configuration delivers symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present. The robust SP1015 diode safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes well above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. Littelfuse SP1015 TVS Diode Array has a 0.95mm x 0.55mm footprint. Ideal applications include mobile phones, smartphones, wearable technology, eReaders, eBooks, and tablets.
