TM8050H-8W 80A High Temperature Thyristor (SCR)

STMicroelectronics TM8050H-8W 80A High-Temperature Thyristor (SCR) is housed in a high-power TO-247 package and is suitable when power switching and power dissipation are critical. The TM8050H-8W is suitable as a motorbike voltage regulator, by-pass AC switch, controlled rectifier bridge, solid-state relay, battery charger, welding equipment, and motor driver applications. The TM8050H-8W is available in a through-hole TO-247 package.
