e-peas AEM00901 Harvesting Source Battery Charger is a high-performance compact PMIC with source voltage level configuration for pulsed energy sources or constant voltage PV. This battery charger is an integrated energy management circuit that extracts energy from several energy harvesting sources and stores it in a storage element. The AEM00901 battery charger operates at 120mV to 1.5V input and 2.8V to 4.8V output voltage range and 250mV at 5µW input power (typical) cold start. This harvesting source battery charger comes in a QFN28 4mm x 4mm package. Typical applications include wall switches, remote controls, detectors, and door/window openings in smart homes or buildings.
