NCV68261 Diode & High Side Switch NMOS Controller

onsemi NCV68261 Diode and High Side Switch NMOS Controller has an optional High Side Switch function. This is intended as a lower loss and lower forward voltage replacement for power rectifier diodes and mechanical power switches. The controller operates in conjunction with one or two N-channel MOSFETs. The device sets the ON/OFF state of the transistors based on the state of the Enable pin and the Input-to-Drain differential voltage polarity.
