MAMX-011040 8-20GHz Image Reject Mixer

MACOM MAMX-011040 8-20GHz Image Reject Mixer is designed for a broad frequency range of 8-26GHz. The MACOM MAMX-011040 offers low conversion loss, high linearity, and excellent image rejection. The mixer supports a wide IF bandwidth of up to 4GHz and has a nominal LO drive of +14dBm. The device maintains exceptional conversion loss and image rejection performance even at a 10dBm LO drive. Its LO operating range spans from +10dBm to +18dBm, and the image-reject circuit ensures excellent port isolation. Additionally, the mixer simplifies application with its internal 50ohm matching.
