The TB67S539FTG has a 40V/2.0A absolute maximum rating utilizing the BiCD process. The TB67S539FTG stepping motor can be operated with a single VM power supply by a built-in regulator. The device is housed in a QFN32 5mm x 5mm package and reduces external components.
