LH1525 Solid-State Relay (SSR)

Vishay LH1525 Solid-State Relay (SSR) is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) normally-open switch (1 Form A) designed to replace electromechanical relays in many applications. The LH1525 SSR is constructed using a gallium aluminum arsenide (GaAIAs) LED for actuation control and MOSFETs for the switching output. This device employs current-limiting circuitry and can be configured for AC-DC or DC-only operation.
