SN74LV8T244/SN74LV8T244-Q1 Octal Buffers

Texas Instruments SN74LV8T244/SN74LV8T244-Q1 Octal Buffers with three-state outputs and Schmitt-trigger inputs are configured into two banks of four drivers, each controlled by an output enable pin. This buffer's input is designed with a reduced threshold circuit to support up translation when the supply voltage is more than the input voltage. The SN74LV8T244 octal buffer features up to 150Mbps speed with 5V or 3.3V VCC and supports standard function pinout. This buffer's latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17.
