onsemi NCV51511SYNCBUCKGEVB Evaluation Board offers a platform for demonstrating the performance of the NCV51511 High Side and Low Side Gate Driver. The NCV51511 integrates a driver IC and a bootstrap diode in a single package. The driver IC features low delay time and matched pulse width modulation (PWM) input propagation delays, which enhances the device's performance. The pre-mounted SOIC-8 NCV51511 IC drives the high side and low side external MOSFET depending on the input PWM signal and V_DD level. The evaluation board also includes the NCV33163 Switching Voltage Regulator supplies bias voltage and controls the 10V auxiliary power output.
