SKY66113-11 RF Front-End Module

Skyworks Solutions SKY66113-11 RF Front-End Module (FEM) features a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) and transmit bypass path. This high-gain, high-performance, fully integrated RF FEM has digital controls compatible with 1.6V to 3.6V CMOS levels. The SKY66113-11 Module is designed for BLUETOOTH® Low Energy/Bluetooth Smart, 802.15.4, Thread, and ZigBee® applications. The SKY66113-11 FEM comes in a small 16-pin, 2.4mm x 2.4mm Multi-Chip Module (MCM) package, ideal for space-constrained designs. This FEM can be used for smart thermostats, in-home appliances, beacons, gateways, sensors, and wearable devices.
