XC9263 & XC9264 Step-Down DC/DC Converters

Torex Semiconductors XC9263 and XC9264 Step-Down DC/DC Converters are 18V ICs with a built-in high-side/low-side driver transistor. Torex XC9263/64 series has a 3-18V operating voltage range. The ICs can support 0.5A as an output current with high efficiency. These converters are compatible with low ESR capacitors like ceramic capacitors for the load capacitor.
