The Qorvo QPA9901 is a linearizable power amplifier IC featuring a 2.11GHz to 2.2GHz frequency range. The IC is targeted for use as a power amplifier with a DPD linearization technique in wireless infrastructure where high linearity, medium power, and high efficiency are required.
