Series 45 IP69K Palm Switches

EAO Series 45 IP69K Palm Switches are raised design, round-shaped pushbutton switches with a slow-make switching element. These EAO Series 45 IP69K Palm Switches switches employ an indication part with a non-illuminative opaque plastic lens with a mushroom profile. The series 45 switches incorporate an actuator with maintained switching action and are available in yellow or grey housing colors. These switches have an extra-large operating area for harsh environments requiring sudden and uncoordinated movements to trigger a certain command. The series 45 switches have a red lens, maintained action, and a pull-to-release mechanism for stop function. These switches are also available with a black lens for momentary action. The series 45 switches come with both plastic and metal housing materials.

Sealed Switches

EAO Sealed Switches combine precise designs with high-grade materials to deliver optimal performance in advanced human-machine interface (HMI) systems used for controlling equipment. EAO's comprehensive lineup of electromechanical devices helps HMI systems meet IP and NEMA requirements and plays a crucial role in the HMI's overall functionality and user experience. A key factor to consider before specifying any advanced HMI system is the environment in which these devices will be deployed. In applications where water, cleaning solutions, fuel, fine dust, and other potentially harmful materials may reach control panels, it is imperative to select the correct components with the appropriate environmental protection rating. Otherwise, there could be significant risks to both people and equipment.

Series 04 Switch Range

EAO Series 04 Switch Range is a globally recognized product line renowned for modern design, safe operation, and pronounced tactile feedback in industrial applications. This versatile series offers a wide range of options for any project, whether users prefer square or round shapes, standard (22.5mm diameter cut-out) or flush mount styles (30.5mm diameter cut-out). Implementing these switches is a breeze with industry-standard panel cut-outs and sealing protection up to IP67, ensuring durability and ease of use. The modular construction further enhances flexibility, allowing customized configurations tailored to the user's needs. Whether users opt for standardized or personalized markings, the Series 04 promises seamless and intuitive operation. The front bezels, available in black or silver plastic and natural or black anodized aluminum, give this series a sleek and modern look. With switching elements ranging from slow make to snap-action and various terminal options, including push-in terminals requiring no additional tools, the EAO Series 04 covers all industrial switch needs.

Series 45 Switches & Indicators

EAO Series 45 Switches and Indicators combines a vast array of machine operating functions with outstanding technical properties. These rugged devices are rated up to IP69K and are easy to assemble and use. Penetration by dust and liquids is prevented even under the most adverse conditions. The Series 45 products from EAO provide a long service life (up to 10m switching cycles, depending on function) and are resistant to aggressive cleaning agents, oils, dyes, and other chemical substances.

Anti-Vandal Solutions

EAO offers a wide range of anti-vandal products that are designed for human-machine interfaces (HMIs). These anti-vandal solutions safeguard against equipment failure, ensuring end-user safety. Protection of the HMI system is crucial, making stainless steel a popular choice due to its high strength, and incorporated features like flush-panel mounting and lens styles prevent intentional breakage with low-profile designs. Additionally, oil and watertight construction is essential to keep liquids or chemicals from penetrating the equipment, protecting operators from harm and reducing downtime.
