ML7218x Multi-Standard Wireless Modules

Telink ML7218x Multi-Standard Wireless Modules integrate a high-performance 32-bit RISC-V MCU with up to a 240MHz clock speed. Both the ML7218A and ML7218D modules support BLUETOOTH® Low Energy, Zigbee®, Thread, and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols. The ML7218x devices use an adaptive power management technology that enables an ultra-low-power design with a rich set of peripheral interfaces, meeting the high-efficiency and energy-saving needs of complex IoT scenarios. These modules feature 512KB of SRAM (including 256KB of retained SRAM) and 2MB of embedded flash memory for large-scale data processing and program storage. The ML7218x modules offer various security mechanisms, including Secure Boot, encryption and verification, OTA updates, and secure debugging. The ML3219D multi-standard wireless modules are suitable for smart homes, remote control, wearables, wireless Human Interface Devices (HID), and asset tracking applications.
