KYOCERA AVX 600x Ultra-Low ESR High Q NPO RF/Microwave Multilayer Capacitors feature a high working voltage range of 200V to 250V, high self-resonance frequencies, and a standard case size range of 0402 to 0805. These components offer a 0.1pF to 240pF capacitance range in a -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range. Ideal applications for KYOCERA AVX 600x RF/Microwave MLCs are cellular, wireless, and satellite communications, as well as circuit applications such as filter networks, and tuning, coupling, bypass, and DC blocking.
