ADL8154 Low Phase Noise Amplifier

Analog Devices ADL8154 Low Phase Noise Amplifier is a small form factor designed for instrumentation, radar, and telecommunications applications. The phase noise from 2GHz to 5GHz is -172dBc/Hz at 1dB compression (P1dB) and 10kHz offset. The ADL8154 operates from a single positive supply (V_CC); its bias current (I_CQ) is set by a resistor connected between the RBIAS pin and the VCC1 and VCC2 pins. The RF input and RF output are DC-coupled and matched to 50Ω. A bias inductor is required on the RF output.
