HMC219B GaAs MMIC Fundamental Mixers

Analog Devices HMC219B GaAs MMIC Fundamental Mixers are general-purpose, double balanced mixers in an ultra-miniature 8-lead, MINI_SO_EP package with an exposed pad. The HMC219B Mixers provide excellent LO to RF and LO to IF isolation thanks to its optimized balun structures. The HMC219B from Analog Devices offers typical local oscillator (LO) to radio frequency (RF) isolation at 40dB, LO to intermediate frequency (IF) at 35dB, and RF to IF isolation at 22dB.
