JDV2S4x Variable Capacitance Diodes

Toshiba JDV2S4x Variable Capacitance Diodes are high-performance devices housed in ultra-compact SOD-923 packages that are designed for electronic tuning applications in RF circuits. These Toshiba JDV2S4x diodes offer a wide capacitance tuning range, 14pF to 16pF for the JDV2S41AFS and 3.8pF to 47pF for the JDV2S42FS (at 2V, 1MHz), making the diodes ideal for use in voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), tunable filters, and antenna matching circuits. With a low series resistance of 0.4Ω or 0.6Ω (typical), JDV2S4x ensures minimal signal loss and high Q-factor performance. The reverse voltage rating of 15V and excellent linearity further enhance suitability for modern RF front-end designs in consumer electronics and communication systems.
