MBRxxHE3 Automotive Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MBRxxHE3 Automotive Schottky Barrier Rectifiers (SBRs) are designed for high-power, small area, and high surge forward current requirements. These Schottky rectifiers are available in a TO-277 package, allowing current capacities up to 15A, blocking voltages from 45V to 200V and small reverse currents of 10µA at 25°C. The Micro Commercial Components MBRxxHE3 SBRs are ideal for low power - high-efficiency applications in automotive environments, reverse battery protection, DC-DC blocking/conducting element on switching power supplies, freewheeling applications, and ORing bus voltages.
