ISSI20B Solid-State Isolator Evaluation Boards

Infineon Technologies ISSI20B Solid-State Isolator Evaluation Boards are designed to demonstrate the performance of iSSI20B coreless transformer isolators in Solid-State Relays (SSRs). These evaluation boards provide ultra-fast overcurrent detection that is triggered and over-temperature protection with a PTC resistor. The ISSI20B evaluation boards offer standard turn-on and fast turn-off switching. These evaluation boards eliminate the need for a secondary power supply and feature high drive current capability. Typical applications include Solid-State Relays (SSRs) and contactors, industrial and consumer BMS, industrial automation, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and home and building automation.
