HMC547A GaAs MMIC SPDT Non-Reflective Switches

Analog Devices Inc. HMC547A GaAs MMIC SPDT Non-Reflective Switches are high isolation, broadband switches operating from DC to 28GHz. The HMC547A Switches provide over 40dB isolation and less than 2dB insertion loss at mid-band. Housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm SMT package, the HMC547A Switches offer fast switching speeds of 6ns. These switches use complementary negative control voltage logic lines of -5/0V and require no bias supply. With its wide bandwidth, fast switching, and compact size, the HMC547A Switches from Analog Devices are well-suited for military EW/ECM and test equipment applications.

Switches & Multiplexers

Analog Devices Switches & Multiplexers offer a comprehensive portfolio of switches and multiplexers covering single to multiple switch elements. These switch elements come with various signal ranges in a variety of packages to best suit application needs. The ADI switches and multiplexers are used in a wide and growing range of applications from industrial and instrumentation to medical, consumer, communications, and automotive systems.
