Infineon Technologies BGSA20UGL8 SPST Antenna Switch
Infineon Technologies BGSA20UGL8 SPST Antenna Switch is optimized for low COFF and low RON, enabling applications up to 6.0GHz. The BGSA20UGL8 versatile, dual, SPST, RF antenna and shunt aperture switch is a single supply chip that integrates two digital control pins. Unlike GaAs technology, the 0.1dB compression point exceeds the switch's maximum input power level, resulting in a linear performance at all signal levels. External DC blocking capacitors at the RF ports are only required if DC voltage is applied externally. The BGSA20UGL8 features >80V RF voltage OFF state handling.
The Infineon BGSA20UGL8 SPST Antenna Switch provides very high RF voltage ruggedness, making it ideal for switching reactive devices such as inductors and capacitors in RF matching circuits without vital losses in quality factors.
