The device offers long-term stability, simple signal processing, and simple calibration. The FS2T sensor uses stable platinum technology and has no moving mechanical parts. The package dimensions are 5mm x 3.5mm x 0.2mm / 0.6mm (L x W x H / H2) with an enameled Cu-wire connection.
