Littelfuse P-S3NLRP SIDACtor DO-214AB Protection Thyristors are designed to protect low data rate interface and outdoor data interfaces such as RS-232 or RS-423 in industrial applications. The DO-214AB Series provides a surface mount solution for compliance with global regulatory standards and features lower switching threshold Vs and on-stage voltage VT than traditional Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) technology.
