ams OSRAM LZ1 LEDs

ams OSRAM LZ1 Series LEDs provide high power in an extremely small package. With a 4.4mm x 4.4mm ultra-small footprint, these LEDs provide exceptional radiant flux density. The high-quality materials used in the package are chosen to optimize light output and minimize stresses which results in monumental reliability and lumen maintenance. The robust product design thrives in outdoor applications with high ambient temperatures and high humidity. The ams OSRAM patent-pending thermally insulated phosphor layers provide a spatially uniform color across the radiation pattern and a consistent CCT over time and temperature.

The LZ1 Ultra-Violet (UV) LEDs provide exceptional optical power density and superior radiometric power in the wavelength range specifically required for UV applications. The high-quality materials used in the UV LEDs also have excellent UV resistance.

Each of the ams OSRAM LZ1 Series LEDs is also available on a starboard MCPCB which provides a convenient mounting method. The six recessed features allow the use of M3 or #4 screws to attach the MCPCB to a heat sink. The MCPCB has three sets of anode and cathode solder pads for electrical connections, and also contains a Zener diode for enhanced ESD protection.
