Analog Devices Inc. ADF5901 MMIC
Analog Devices ADF5901 24GHz Tx monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) features an on-chip, 24GHz Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) with PGA and dual Tx channels for radar systems. The on-chip VCO produces the 24GHz signal for the LO output and two Tx channels. The Tx channels include a power control circuit. The device also includes an on-chip temperature sensor. A simple 4-wire interface controls all the on-chip registers. Qualified for automotive applications, the ADF5901 is ideal for automotive, industrial, and microwave radar as well as industrial, & smart sensors.
