Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5300 Reflective SPDT Switches
Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5300 Reflective SPDT Switches are manufactured in the silicon process and developed for 5G applications ranging from 24GHz to 32GHz. The ADRF5300 features a low insertion loss of 1.1dB, a high isolation of 38dB, and an RF input power handling capability of 28dBm average and 36dBm peak.The ADI ADRF5300 Reflective SPDT Switches integrate a negative voltage generator (NVG) to operate with a single positive supply of 3.3V (VDD) applied to the VDD pin. The ADRF5300 enables CMOS- and low-voltage transistor-to-transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls.
The ADRF5300 Switches operate from -40°C to +105°C and are available in a 20-terminal, 3mm × 3mm, RoHS-compliant, land grid array (LGA) package.
