Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX32650/51/52 Ultralow Power Microcontrollers

Analog Devices MAX32650/51/52 Ultralow Power Microcontrollers are designed for high-performance, battery-powered applications. The MAX32650/51/52 are based on an Arm® Cortex®-M4 with a floating point unit (FPU). The Analog Devices MAX32650/51/52 have a 3MB flash and 1MB of SRAM. Multiple memory-expansion interfaces support memory scalability. These include a HYPERBUS™/Xccela™ DDR interface and two SPI execute in place (SPIX) interfaces. A secure digital interface supports external high-speed memory cards, including SD, SDIO, MMC, SDHC, and microSD™.
