ATI Industrial Automation QC-160 Robotic Tool Changers

ATI Industrial Automation QC-160 Robotic Tool Changers feature a high moment capacity in a lightweight, compact package. The QC-160 utilizes a locking mechanism that exceeds 200kg robot load specifications. This ATI Industrial Automation tool changer also features internal lock/unlock sensing and five 3/8 NPT and four 1/2 NPT pass-through air connections. These robotic tool changers provide the flexibility to automatically change end-effectors or other peripheral tooling. The QC-160 is designed to function reliably for millions of cycles at the rated load while maintaining extremely high repeatability. All locking parts are made of Rc58 stainless steel. The No-Touch locking technology allows plate separation when locking.
